Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original Grand Lè Mar box, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email and a refund or exchange notification once our atelier inspects the goods.
